The Bowlhead Green Handicap Challenge is a fun, inclusive race where runners of all abilities compete on a level playing field. Using a handicap system, faster runners start later, giving everyone a chance to cross the finish line together.
This friendly event embodies the community spirit of Haslemere Border AC, bringing club members together for a summer race with a twist.

What is a Handicap Race?
In a handicap race, runners are given staggered start times based on their expected finishing time. Slower runners start first, with faster runners starting later.
The goal is for everyone to cross the finish line at roughly the same time, making it a thrilling race where anyone can win!
