About Time Trials

Time trials are an excellent way to track your running progress throughout the year. We hold regular TTs at different distances to help you measure improvements in both speed and endurance.

All club members are encouraged to participate. Whether you're chasing a personal best or just want to see how you're progressing, our time trials provide valuable feedback on your training.

Tips for Time Trials:

  • Warm up properly before the start
  • Start conservatively and build your pace
  • Use it as a training tool, not just a race
  • Record your times to track improvement
