HBAC is an affiliated club of England Athletics, and members are also subject to England Athletics rules and regulations.

Club membership runs from 1st April to 31st March each year. Memberships are not automatically renewed - members must actively renew each year.

3.3 Code of Conduct

All members are expected to adhere to the club's codes of conduct and behave in a manner that reflects positively on the club.

4. Club Activities

4.1 Participation

Participation in club training sessions, events, and races is at your own risk. Members should ensure they are physically fit to participate and should inform coaches of any relevant medical conditions.

4.2 Insurance

Club membership includes basic insurance cover through England Athletics. Members are advised to review this coverage and obtain additional personal insurance if required.

5. Intellectual Property

The HBAC logo, website content, and other materials are the property of Haslemere Border Athletic Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HBAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in club activities.

The club takes reasonable precautions to ensure member safety during organised activities, but cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained during individual training or unofficial events.
